FARM PARK EXPANDS OFFERINGS FOR ALL THE FAMILY

One of the very first farm family parks in the country has announced a selection of new attractions.

Finkley Down Farm opened its doors to the public in 1981. Located in Andover, the park is open seven days a week, and provides year-round fun for all the family, whatever the weather!

Last summer saw the introduction of the Meerkat Manor to the already-brimming selection of animals at the farm to view and even interact with.

This year, there’s even more in store to please everyone in the family. A brand new musical garden, complete with drums and xylophones, has been added for your little virtuoso to explore a variety of sounds. On top of this, there’s also a Little Farmers Driving School, where children can sit behind the wheel of a mini land rover and pass their driving test; along with a water attraction for only the most fearsome of pirates.

The main attraction, however, is the all-new outdoor playground, Atticus’ Adventure. Suitable for all ages, it has both access for smaller children, and more challenging areas for those a little older.

In a fitting tribute, the play area has been named after a local boy who tragically passed away earlier this year. His parents contacted the farm hoping to sponsor an animal or secure a memorial bench as it was his favourite place to visit, but management found his name to be perfect for the new attraction.

These new additions to the farm join the pre-existing indoor soft play area, trampolining, crazy golf and more!

Charlie Waters, managing director of Finkley, said: “We keep adding to the farm park because we want to give visitors better value for a day out. We are a growing business and we want to move forward”.
