Glorious Gloucestershire Cotswolds welcomes Wigwam® Holidays to its lush countryside!
Wigwam® Holidays are proud to announce the opening of Evenlode Wigwams from 15th May 2017.
This new site is set within a 400-acre farm in the Evenlode Vale, near Stow-on-the-Wold in Gloucestershire. The glamping site includes six Running Water Deluxe Wigwam® cabins.
Owned by Howard and Amanda Woolliams, Evenlode Wigwams are close to quintessential Cotswold villages such as Adlestrop and Bourton-on-the-Water.
Amanda said: “We have been delighted with the Wigwam® product, after first seeing it at a national exhibition over a year ago. With Wigwam® being one of the best-known glamping brands in the UK, their timber cabins fitted in perfectly with our surroundings. Our farm, which includes a herd of 300 beef cattle and mixed arable crops, sold the dairy herd last year and our diversification includes providing glamping accommodation.”
Evenlode Wigwams includes a reception, farm animals, play area, fun river fishing, riding lessons and bike hire along with a complimentary firepit and bbq for each Wigwam®. Two of the cabins also include a wood-fired hot tub for the lucky guests to use.
Amanda continued: “Our nook of the Cotswolds is just glorious. You can watch the sun set over the fields after a day enjoying the great outdoors."
“We are hoping one visit won’t be enough, as there’s a number of famous landmarks nearby, such as Chastleton House and Hidcote Manor.”
